Myheero was designed to help accountancy practices replace fragmented spreadsheets and manual reminders with a shared operational view of their clients. It brought upcoming obligations into a single deadline dashboard, made client records accessible across a practice, and used online data sources such as Companies House and HMRC to keep key information current.

• Automatic deadline tracking and staff email notifications for obligations including accounts, confirmation statements, VAT, corporation tax and self-assessment.
• Support for both UK companies and individual or sole-trader clients, with relevant reminders generated from the available client data.
• Structured onboarding workflows with dependent tasks shared between the accountant and client, including blocked, completed and attention-required states.
• Client records covering current details, reminders, filing history and previous accountants, plus practice branding for client-facing emails and onboarding.
