The work
Manchester AI sells work done: a workflow running, a queue worked, and a person told when something needs them. The engagement model is deliberately hands-on. Workflow Discovery maps one workflow with the people who do it, captures the rules and exceptions and defines done. Agent Build puts the agent into the client's systems, tests it against real cases and pilots it on live work. Operate monitors handling and hand-backs and re-runs evaluations as rules, systems and models change.
Delivery detail
- Engineers learn how the business runs and build inside it, rather than selling a product from a distance.
- No new software for anyone to learn and no rip-and-replace: agents sit on existing inboxes, documents, tickets and ERP flows.
- Every send is approved by the client's team; data stays in the UK; pilots are fixed-price.
- Capabilities across agentic systems, LLM engineering, integration and APIs, security and governance, evaluation and testing, deployment and operations.
- Not tied to a model, a cloud or a platform, and no vendor commission.
