The work

Eviid streamlines the capture, validation, transformation and management of digital media for insurance claims and field evidence workflows. I delivered iOS and Android applications that combined live video calling with AR-assisted capture so claims teams could guide customers remotely while customers marked up regions and points directly on captured video. That AR workflow helped capture issues such as water damage more consistently and gave assessors size and location information alongside the submitted evidence.

My contribution

Delivered live video calling with built-in AR markup and measurement on iOS and Android, so assessors guide customers in real time and mark up and measure damage on the captured video.

• Delivered native mobile application work for both iOS and Android in support of insurance claim assessment and evidence capture.
• Built video calling flows so assessors could guide policyholders live while incidents, damage and supporting evidence were being recorded.
• Integrated AR-assisted capture so customers could mark up points and regions directly on their video while documenting claim evidence.
• Used the AR workflow to provide assessors with additional detail about the size and position of damage, including issues such as water ingress.
• Focused on claims scenarios where validation, time savings and fraud prevention mattered as much as the capture experience itself.
• Worked on turning complex claims handling into a clearer mobile workflow for both remote experts and customers in the field.
